Eve Anderson Recruitment marks 50 years with opening in Guyana

Eve Anderson Recruitment announced the opening of their office in Guyana, expanding their human resource and recruitment services across the region. This milestone marks a tremendous achievement for Eve Anderson Recruitment as they celebrate 50 years in business in Trinidad and Tobago this year.

‘Despite the challenging period we are all experiencing at this time, our team has remained resilient in delivering our services online whilst making great strides in Guyana. We are keeping positive spirits through our virtual chats and will celebrate when we rise out of this pandemic. I am proud of their work and we remain committed in supporting businesses and professionals in any way we can during this extraordinary period,’ says CEO, Maria Chong Ton.

Since 1970, the company has pioneered the recruitment industry in Trinidad and Tobago serving as a staffing provider to local and multinational companies entering the country. Back then, Eve Anderson Recruitment, formerly known as Eve Anderson Associates in the 70’s, played a major contribution to managing key events in Trinidad and Tobago’s history such as event support and ushers for the Royal visit of HM Queen Elizabeth II in the 80’s and recruitment of technical professionals for the UN Protective Forces from Croatia in the 90’s.

For the last decade, the company has focused on technology and expanded to executive recruitment, training, payroll management and human resource advisory services in the Caribbean. They are now taking the same growth strategy to Guyana through supporting businesses, developing strategic alliances and sharing best human resource and hiring practices.

‘It’s all about collaboration and our continued commitment on people, technology and strategic partnerships’ says Chairman, Angela Lee Loy.
