Year One students of the Trinidad & Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute (TTHTI) had the opportunity, on November 28th, to receive coaching from Eve Anderson Recruitment Specialist, Anjani Ramdeo-Manwah, as part of their Customer Service prerequisite for Guest Service Gold® Certification.
Ms. Ramdeo-Manwah’s presentation covered ‘Building Your Personal Brand’ and included topics such as ‘Tailoring Your Resume‘, ‘Interview Tips‘ and of course Customer Service.
