Senior Operations & Facilities Manager
Job Summary: The Senior Operations & Facilities Manager – Automotive Division is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day oversight of multi-departmental operations, including facilities management, sales coordination, loss prevention, and security functions. This role ensures organizational efficiency, safety, asset protection, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the business. The manager coordinates cross-functional teams, supervises subordinate department leads, and aligns policies and practices to support growth, profitability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Operations Oversight
- Direct daily operations across automotive sales, service, parts, and support departments.
- Develop and implement policies, systems, and workflows to optimize performance and customer
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements in workflow and
- Coordinate resource allocation including tools, vehicles, equipment, and
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce operational bottlenecks.

2. Facilities Management

- Ensure all buildings meet environmental, safety, and industry compliance

- Oversee routine maintenance and repair of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
- Supervise construction, renovation, or upgrade

3. Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Drive sales performance by setting quotas, reviewing market trends, supporting team development; implement training programs for sales
- Oversee sales operations including vehicle inventory, showroom standards, and customer service
- Collaborate with marketing and finance to assess new business opportunities and regional growth
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales tactics
- Support B2C and B2B client engagement through trade events, fleet sales strategies, and customer loyalty
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to guide inventory and marketing
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of
- Represent the company at trade shows or industry events to promote products/services.
4. Loss Prevention & Risk Management

- Develop and enforce asset protection procedures across inventory, cash handling, and service
- Lead internal investigations related to theft, fraud, or policy
- Analyze loss prevention reports and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Train department managers and staff on risk mitigation strategies and inventory
- Collaborate with law enforcement and external investigators on theft
5. Security Management

- Direct physical security operations including surveillance, alarm systems, and site access
- Ensure safety policies are actively followed, especially in high-traffic service and parts
- Supervise the security team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address safety or security
- Supervise on-site and physical security operations to ensure the safety of staff and
- Analyze security systems and protocols; identify vulnerabilities and implement
- Manage security team activities including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and shift
- Conduct physical inspections of premises and ensure adherence to safety
- Maintain communication regarding security status and incident
- Automotive Service Management Support
- Review work orders and service KPls to ensure quality control, profitability, and customer
- Align service operations with manufacturer guidelines and warranty
- Liaise with Service Managers to manage workload distribution, parts availability, and technician
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 8+ years of experience in Operations & Facilities Management
- Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and deliver measurable results
- Strong understanding of automotive sales, service operations, and customer expectations
- Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Competence with software tools related to operations, facilities, and sales management
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L
- Knowledge of occupational health, environmental, and safety standards in the automotive industry
