Temporary Customer Service Representative
Our client in the Banking and Finance Sector is seeking to a Temporary Customer Service Representative for approximately Two (2) weeks.
Job Summary:
The suitable resource will be required to deliver superior customer service through the accurate processing of payments and communicating and coordinating with other departments to resolve queries. Build and maintain business relationships with advisors/clients to enhance customer loyalty. Exhibit a positive and professional image at all times.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs all procedures necessary for processing payments via the PACE receipting system.
- Performs all procedures necessary for post-dated batch processing.
- Prepares and review all requests for scanning
- Performs all procedures necessary to process work/requests via P360.
- Assists clients with queries/requests and updates Clients’ Personal Data.
- Performs any other related duties and handles special projects as may be requested by management.
Education/Experience:
- Five CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Experience in the life insurance industry would be an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability to identify problems and provide solutions
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- The ability to adapt to varying circumstances
- A good appreciation of customer service
- A high level of professionalism with the ability to receive and handle confidential and sensitive information
