Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading and directing the marketing activities to drive growth, client engagement, and product adoption. This role requires strong coordination and influence across multiple internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator manages the end-to-end marketing process: designing and overseeing market research, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and translating insights into targeted demand-generation, promotional, and engagement strategies that drive adoption of the products and services. This role is accountable for brand positioning, client communications, and strategic marketing outcomes.

Salary range is based on experience $12,000 to $15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing & Planning
    1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with growth and engagement objectives.
    2. Lead market research initiatives to understand client needs, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
    3. Analyze research findings to inform targeted marketing campaigns and product positioning.
  2. Demand Generation & Campaign Management
    1. Design and execute marketing campaigns that generate demand, drive engagement, and increase product adoption.
    2. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
    3. Monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and recommend adjustments to improve results.
  3. Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
    1. Collaborate with internal teams and committees to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities.
    2. Act as the central point of contact for marketing activities, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
    3. Work with external partners, such as IT consultants, designers, and vendors, to deliver campaigns efficiently.
  4. Brand Management & Member Experience
    1. Maintain and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
    2. Drive initiatives that enhance the client experience and strengthen loyalty.
    3. Monitor market trends, member feedback, and competitor activity to inform proactive strategies.
  5. Project Leadership & Reporting
    1. Lead marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
    2. Prepare and present regular reports to the General Manager on marketing activities, performance, and strategic recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 – 5 years of senior marketing, business development, sales, within the financial services environment
  • Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and market research methodologies.
