Loans Processing OPs Officer
Our client in the Financial Sector is seeking to onboard a Loans Processing OPs Officer for a temporary engagement.
Core Functions
- Accurately creating Loans and leasing contract on the banking system for the bank.
- Creation and updating of Cif’s for the bank in a timely and accurate manner ensuring completeness in the operation.
- The amendment and the updating of loans and leases for the bank
- Performing reviews and update of the bio data on the banking software for the business as directed, ensuring all supports are submitted and verified.
- Review of all documents submitted for loan processing/creation.
- Recording of submissions sent
- Process loan payoffs
- Post on AVO’s
- Process fund transfers
- Prepare Audit confirmations
- Updating insurance information on the collaterals.
- Relief Cashier
- Process loan payoffs
- Post on AVO’s
- Prepare load files
- Filing
- Process fund transfers
- Any other duties as direct by the business/Supervisor
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional qualification or a mixture of both education and experience.
TRAINING
- Display exceptional customer service and have a pleasant disposition.
- Respond timely and efficiently to customer requests.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish departmental goals
- Motivated, flexible and ability to use own initiative
