Our client in the Financial Sector is seeking to hire a Digital Administrator for their Port of Spain office.
Permanent – On probation (6 months)
Salary includes base, travel allowance and cell allowance – avg. $14,000
Must own a vehicle as the position involves visiting agent locations.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled professional to lead the development and support of our digital products. This role spans the full product lifecycle—from gathering user requirements to conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)—and includes hands-on technical support, documentation, cybersecurity training, and business continuity planning. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth rollouts, robust system performance, and timely issue resolution, both remotely and on-site at agent locations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of digital products, ensuring timely delivery from concept to UAT.

Collaborate with developers, marketing, and operations teams for successful product rollouts and user adoption.

Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support, monitor performance, and manage bug tracking and resolution.

Conduct cybersecurity awareness sessions and assist in related IT projects.

Maintain comprehensive system and support documentation for internal use and external audits.

Support and maintain the business continuity plan for all digital products.

Visit agent sites to resolve technical issues and carry out preventive maintenance.

Facilitate timely preparation of documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are an asset.

At least 2 years’ experience in digital product support or fintech application environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Solutions (Azure, Office 365) and working knowledge of basic networking concepts.
