Refund Policy

Eve Anderson Recruitment Limited provides digital recruitment services, including job advertising packages for posting vacancies. As digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase, our refund policy is designed to reflect the nature of these services while ensuring a fair and transparent process for all customers.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided that the recruitment service process has not already begun. Refunds will only be considered if:
• The job advertising package has not been used, activated, or processed.
• No job listings have been posted under the purchased package.
• No consultation or advisory services included in the package have been utilised.
Once an advertisement is live or recruitment services have commenced, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of digital products, the following services are non-refundable:
• Published Job Advertisements – Once an advertisement has been posted on our platform, the service has been rendered, and refunds cannot be issued.
• Consultations and Advisory Services – Any consultation, support, or recruitment advisory included in a package is considered utilised once a session has been scheduled or provided.
• Customised or Tailored Recruitment Solutions – If a service has been customised to a client’s specific needs, refunds are not available.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at recruitment@eaastaff.com with the following details:
1. Order Numberor Invoice Number
2. Reason for the Refund Request
3. Confirmation that the service has not been used or initiated
Our support team will assess the request and respond within 5 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and sent via online transfer only. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund within this period, please:
• Check your bank or payment provider for pending transactions.
• Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

Service Modifications & Cancellations
If changes are needed to an existing job advert before it is published, please contact our team as soon as possible. Modifications may be accommodated within reason, but once the advert is live, edits may be subject to additional charges.
