Clerical Assistant II Resource

Our client in Port of Spain is seeking a Clerical Assistant II Resource to provide essential support to our Procurement team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation of reports, records management, and data analysis for the 2024–2026 financial period.

Duration: One month initially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of the Annual Procurement Plan (2025–2026).

• Assist with the preparation of the Annual Schedule of Planned Procurement Activities (2025–2026).

• Support the preparation of the Quarterly Procurement Report (Q4 2024–2025).

• Contribute to the Annual Procurement Performance Report (2024–2025).

• Review and update physical procurement records for FY 2024–2025.

• Extract procurement and payment data from Finance Payment Records for July–September 2025.

• Prepare reports using existing templates with the extracted data.

• Enter and analyze data in Excel, including creating pivot tables, graphs, charts, and linking multiple sheets for reporting purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Tertiary level education.

• Prior experience in procurement (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, pivot tables, graphs/charts, and linking multiple sheets.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
