ROSHNI RAMLAL leads the Payroll Services of Eve Anderson Recruitment Limited. She brings over 20 years of payroll and implementation experience to the team and is a subject matter expert in the areas of payroll management, implementations, payroll training and tax compliance. Roshni’s experience also extends to multi-currency payroll tax calculating, reporting and compliance and she has led many conversion teams in implementing various payroll software applications. Her expertise in Payroll Management is across industries for local and regional businesses in the Caribbean. Roshni contributes significantly to Eve Anderson’s loyal customers’ satisfaction by ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery.
Prior to joining Eve Anderson, Roshni worked at a recognized Accounting firm. During her tenure she developed, participated and implemented various client projects including payroll compliance audits, handbook development and local tax booklet. In addition, she participated in internal firm projects regarding quality and process improvement.
Roshni earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with honors from Anglia Ruskin University. She served as a Director with a financially grounded Credit Union. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, meditation and is actively involved in her religious youth group and promoting her culture.
