Retail Services Supervisor

Core Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain retail sales.
2. Oversee the daily functions of the assigned group of retail stores, including reporting, reconciliation, and other related retail sales activities on time in full.
3. Process and maintain accurate sales invoices, transactions, records and reports.
4. Develop and implement strategies and retail sales plans that expand the customer base.

Qualifications/Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance or equivalent professional designation of professional sales and customer relation certifications, or professional paint certification, with 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Retail role.

OR

Completion of professional paint certification or similar sales and marketing designation or related field along with at least 3 years’ experience in a Sales or Retail role.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the Position

1. Experience in Retail business development through Retail, Sales and Marketing activities.
2. High level of interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
3. Customer focused with a passion for excellence and a “can do” attitude along with an “eye for colour”.
4. Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications and Point of sales systems.
5. Champion positive plans to enhance the customer service experience Possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
6. Knowledge of the paint or construction industry would be an asset.
