Retail Services Manager
Core Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow Retail (company store) & Dealer market shares in Guyana.
2. Lead the Retail team as per business objectives and oversee daily Retail store operations.
3. Manage the omnichannel customer experience through support, information, and advice.
4. Manage company stores & Dealer market inventory levels.
Qualifications/Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, with at least 5 years’ experience in a Sales role.
- 8 years of knowledge and proven experience of working in the Paint industry or in Sales along with a Diploma in Business Management.
Skills, Competencies and Requirements for the Position
- Experience in Retail business development through Retail, Sales and Marketing activities.
- High level of interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
- Customer focused with a passion for excellence and a “can do” attitude along with an “eye for colour”.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications and Point of sales systems.
- Champion positive plans to enhance the customer service experience Possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
- Knowledge of the paint or construction industry would be an asset.
