As a Machine Operator Trainee in a manufacturing environment, you will receive hands-on training to operate, monitor, and maintain industrial machinery used in production lines. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in manufacturing operations, with a focus on safety, precision, and productivity.
Job Description
* Operate machinery in the factory.
* Operate machine on truck when necessary.
* Load and offload material.
Requirements
* Two (2) years of work experience operating roll forming and folding machines in manufacturing metal roofing products.
* Physically fit and able to perform tasks, including lifting approximately 50 lbs.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Minimum of three (3) CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
* The ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Knowledge of roofing and construction will be considered an asset.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Salary range: $160,000 to $169,000 Gross
