Angela Lee Loy

Chairman

Angela Lee Loy is the Chairman of Eve Anderson Recruitment Limited and the Chairman of Aegis Business Solutions Limited. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) with over thirty-five years of professional experience. In addition, Angela is the Executive Chairman and Founder of The Aegis Group of Companies, responsible for the provision of assurance, advisory and outsourcing services to her clients. Her experience includes thirteen years serving as a Partner responsible for the provision of Assurance and Business Advisory Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers. During her tenure as president of Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC), she was instrumental in the introduction of Practice Monitoring for accounting firms across the region.

Marc Cheng Wing

Director

Marc Cheng Wing is a qualified Accountant and has professional experience as an auditor, internal accountant and management consultant. His industry experience in the financial sector includes RBTT Bank Limited, Transocean Inc in the energy sector and PwC Management Consulting in the consulting sector. Mr. Cheng Wing brings to the learning table a depth of technical and project management expertise. He has been involved in several IT implementations, strategic planning and business process re-engineering and change management projects.

Catherine Perreira

Director

Catherine Perreira brings over 15 years local and international head office experience in Global Communications across a wide range of industries such as Financial, Insurance, Hospitality, Outsourcing and Broadcasting.

Catherine works with franchises and international companies ensuring a smooth transition ahead of market opening in the Caribbean working closely with HR managers, recruitment advisors, legal and communications and external vendors.

Catherine is also a Personal Performance Coach supporting young people, start-ups and managers through coaching and mentoring programs.

Wendy Wong Won

Director

Wendy Wong Won is currently the Manager of Administration at Aegis. Wendy holds a diploma in Accounting and Finance, Seneca College, Toronto, She completed the 2nd of 3 levels, C.G.A. of Canada. Wendy has over 16 years experience in accounting services. She worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited for 8 years before joining the Aegis family since its inception in 2001. Her experience extends to treasury management, property management, preparation of financial statements.

Christina Bahadoor-Hosein

Operations Manager

Christina Bahadoor-Hosein is Eve Anderson Recruitment’s Operations Manager leading the company’s growth and development across the Caribbean and now Guyana .

For over 18 years, Christina’s portfolio in Human Resource Management spans over a range of activities from recruitment and selection to exit interviews, including and not limited to career path development, performance management, change management, job reorganization and succession planning. This unique combination of qualifications and experience in Human Resources and Information Management positions her as the subject matter expert in the area of Human Resource Information Systems and Business Process Re-engineering.

In Information Management, she specializes in the area of Enterprise Content Management and Records Management and Knowledge Management. She also holds the portfolio of a Records Management trainer. Her experience is across sectors including the Oil and Gas, Financial, Private and Public.

Christina has had the privilege to be invited to present papers at international conferences on both the Information Management environment and Human Resources. She serves as a member of the Employee Relations Labour Committee of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Her contribution is not limited to her professional career as she is a Director with Duncan Village Credit Union and the Chairperson of the Education Committee of TRINTOC Penal Credit Union. Christina is also a uniform member of the Scout Association of Trinidad and Tobago.

Kandice Cunha-Thompson serves as the Country Manager for Trinidad and Tobago at Eve Anderson Recruitment. With over 15 years of experience in leadership, business development, and strategic management across multiple industries, Kandice has built a reputation as a dynamic professional who excels at driving growth and fostering high-performing teams.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Hons.) and has a proven track record in executive recruitment, talent management, and organizational development. Kandice’s deep understanding of market trends and her ability to identify and seize emerging opportunities have been pivotal in achieving sustainable business success.
